ATC membership is recognised as the mark of quality-managed language services

To gain membership, our company was audited to make sure we meet the necessary strict standards in quality. We showed that our integrity and care for quality runs through each of our processes:

  • We talk to you – our customers – to make sure we understand your needs and you understand the process
  • Our translators are tested and vetted for each job to ensure they have the relevant expertise
  • We update you at every step
  • Our translators receive fair rates and regular feedback so they work to the best of their abilities on each job
  • Our fees and invoicing are clearly communicated so you are fully informed and can plan ahead
  • You have the chance to provide honest feedback once we have delivered your translation

Building Trust

Each of these processes means that our translators trust us and want to work with us and you, our customer, can trust us to

provide you with a high-quality translation.

Our Trustpilot reviews are testament to the care we put in to each piece of work, and we actively encourage feedback.

Certified Translations

As an accredited member of the ATC, we are entitled to certify any of our company translations, using our personalised ATC Certification Stamp. This stamp is recognised by UK authorities and most overseas authorities, and means you can use our certified translations for official purposes in the UK.

Certified and Sworn translations are commonly needed for official processes in places like banks, courts, immigration proceedings, passport or visa applications and more. We have written in detail about certified translations and sworn translations and we regularly provide both, for use abroad and in the UK.
